Returns Policy

General Refund or Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your online purchase you can receive an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.

The item must be in saleable condition, in the original packaging with swing tags attached. Please contact Customer Service if you have lost or mislaid your dispatch note.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and postage.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, garments cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, labels removed or damaged, unless faulty.

On inspection of the goods, if we find that the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you will be liable for the diminished value of the goods. In such circumstances, we may withhold an amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods. Please contact us at info@uniformity.ie for further information. We will be happy to help you in any way that we can.

Returns by Post
If you wish to return your online purchase by post for a refund or exchange, please return by post the item(s) along with the returns form provided within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service if you have lost or mislaid your dispatch note/returns form. 

Please return your order to the below address within 30 days of purchase, preferably using a fixed price tracked service such as DPD.ie  or An Post

In-store exchange or refund 

You can exchange an item or receive a refund in store within 30 days of purchase on presentation of the dispatch note at the store. The item must be in saleable condition, in the original packaging with swing tags attached. Please contact Customer Service if you have lost or mislaid your dispatch note/returns form.

Incorrect Orders (Online Orders)

If we have dispatched a wrong item or incorrect size we will arrange a DPD courier exchange. DPD will deliver the replacement item and take away the incorrect item. The exchange is a swap service i.e. the delivery and exchange are part of the same dispatch so please have the product ready for return.

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible. This can take up to 14 working days depending on your original method of payment. If you received the wrong product, we will reimburse you for the cost of postage.
